To make investing in your web development project easier, we offer an installment payment option that allows you to spread the total cost over 12 months. Below are the conditions for this plan:
1. Financing Plan
- Duration: The total project amount will be divided into 12 monthly installments.
- Interest: An interest rate of 6% will be applied to the total financed amount of the project. This interest will be distributed proportionally across each of the 12 monthly installments.
- Installment Calculation: Each monthly installment amount will be calculated by adding the base project price plus the total 6% interest, and dividing the result by 12 months.
Monthly Installment = (Project Price × (1 + 0.06)) / 12

Example: If the project price is €1,500:
- Total Interest (6% of €1,500): €90
- Total amount to pay: €1,500 + €90 = €1,590
- Monthly Installment: €1,590 / 12 = €132.50
2. Payment Method
- Monthly Subscription: Payments will be set up via a recurring subscription through Stripe. This ensures that installments are automatically charged each month to the credit or debit card the client has provided.
- Payment Authorization: By opting for this plan, the client authorizes the setup of this subscription and the automatic collection of all 12 monthly installments.
3. Project Ownership Transfer
- Condition for Transfer: Full intellectual property and usage rights of the web development project will not be transferred to the client until each and every one of the 12 monthly installments has been fully paid.
- Project Usage: During the installment payment period, the client may use the project in accordance with the terms of our service agreement, but legal ownership will remain with us until the final payment.
- Payment Default: Should any installment not be paid by the agreed date, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend access to or operation of the project until the payment is regularized. Repeated default may lead to the termination of the agreement and retention of project ownership, with corresponding legal implications.
4. Modifications and Cancellations
- Any modification or cancellation of the installment payment plan must be requested in writing and will be subject to our review and approval, which may involve adjustments to the remaining payment terms or the settlement of the outstanding amount.
The client's understanding and acceptance of these installment payment policies and all their conditions are confirmed upon the successful completion of the initial installment payment.
