Intellectual property
The customer guarantees that he/she holds the ownership, or the mandatory licenses and authorisations, of the intellectual property rights derived from those contents and information that have been provided by the customer. It shall be the sole responsibility of the customer to obtain all licenses and authorisations necessary to guarantee the integrity of the intellectual and/or industrial property rights derived from such contents whose ownership is held by third parties. The client undertakes to assume any liability for claims made against the developer for infringement of intellectual and/or industrial property rights in this respect, assuming all expenses, costs and indemnities arising against the developer as a result of such claims.
The developer assigns all economic exploitation rights to the client, derived from the contents and their modifications, when they are incorporated into the website or online shop and once the creation and development work carried out on them has been completed. This does not include the rights derived from the programming, source code and computer systems owned by the developer that have been included in the website, for which the client will only have a license to use while this contract is in force, which may not be shared with third parties.
